BUTTER COOKIES Servings: 25 Ingredients: 200g (6¾fl oz) butter 2dl (7oz) sugar 2tbsp syrup (eg. sugar beet or maple) 5dl (17fl oz) wheat flour 1tsp baking soda 3tsp vanillin sugar 1) Mix the flour, soda and vanillin sugar. 2) Foam the butter, sugar and syrup by hand in a separate container. 3) Add the flour mix to the foam. 4) Cut to pieces. 5) Oven cook for 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F). 6) Let the cookies cool down. They will be very soft when they come out of the oven, but they will harden as they get cooler. Enjoy!
